Muscle involved: Gluteus Medius
Did you know? Hip weakness may lead to back pain, knee pain or ankle pain!
HOW: First stack your feet, knees and hips on top of each other. Support your neck with your arm so your spine is aligned. Rotate only your hip while the rest of your body stays still.
โ TIP: use your top hand to poke the side of your butt/hip (gluteus medius muscle). This physical touch will assist your mind-body connection!
